セルフ 行動療法？

問題は、脳のイメージ通りに身体を動かしたくないという、
スーパーエゴアレルギー症候群

セルフで性格改善てほぼ不可能と思い、

過去にカウンセリングへなんどか行ったけどなかなか変わらない。

とにかく早く治したい
お金はかけられない

という時はどうしたらいいのかな、と自分に聞いてみたら、作文するしかない、との回答

レコーディングダイエットみたいな？

効果あるの？

どのくらいかかる？

なにを書けばいいの？

先日道で会った方が教えてくださったので、
できればそのノリで

台風が来るから準備しなければ

スピード

目に見える結果

を出すをテーマにまずは必要な家事をやる

ミッションは、キッチンを片付け、介護中の母の朝昼兼用食を用意して

食べて

また片付ける。

いつもは、

まずは片付けと、出汁を取るなど準備、

その後、料理を始めるという流れ、

が、今回は、

目に見える結果をできるだけ早く出すために、

まずは残り物で料理を開始した。

残り物のチャーハン

① 残り物の煮物を刻む

② フライパンに油をひいて、残り物のごはんを炒め、煮物、乾燥子エビを入れ、

③ 塩コショウで味をつけ

④ 卵1を割り入れてかき混ぜて完成

＊ご飯は胚芽米にもち麦入のため、かなり炊き具合は堅め、保温でさらに乾燥してるため、煮物チャーハンでも水分過多になりません。

と、味噌汁

① 出汁を鍋に入れ

② 乾燥ワカメを入れ

③ エノキと大根を刻んで入れて、

④ すぐに少し味噌を溶かしいれて煮たてる

⑤ 野菜に火が通ったら、残りの味噌を入れて少し煮て完成

はい！

ごはん15分

母と二人で食べて、後片付けしながらごはんを炊き、

ほうじ茶を2リットル煮出し、

水筒とビンに入れ.

皿を洗って片付け完了。

母とお茶を飲む

所要時間80分

特筆事項

・残り物ごはんはうまい

・残り物でごはんを作ると料理と片付けが同時進行し、ご飯を作り終わった際には片付いているので、次の準備である「ご飯を炊く」「出汁を取る」などの仕事も一連の流れで同時進行、完了する

・スピードを意識することで集中力が増し、小さな工夫や小技などを副次的に思いつく

        + 味噌汁は野菜を入れた直後に味噌を少し入れることで、煮る過程で味噌味が野菜によく染み、美味しくなる。減塩効果もあるかな〜あるといいな〜

        + 茶碗によそった残り物の味噌汁は、すぐに小さめの容器に移すことで、温度が下がり、食事後に冷蔵庫にさっと片付けられる

        + 片付けはじめに、まず溜まった残飯を庭の穴に捨てたことで、「なにかが気になる」状態をできるだけ早く解消、おそらくワーキングメモリの向上がたぶん図れたかも〜

結論

最終目標はキッチンの片付けでも料理を作るでもなく、

母とご飯を食べること

最終目標をできるだけ早く達成することは、スピードだけでなく、結果の質が向上し、豊かな副次物も自然派生する

クリアな目標設定と時短意識が大事

スムーズに家事が進み、

母も美味しくご飯を食べ、

少し気分が上がって、

試しに台風対策どうしようと母に聞いてみたら、

洗濯物を取り込むとか、

あれこれ片付けるとか、

母の意識が現在進行形で

コミュニケーションが成立する！

洗濯物を片付けて、

庭のかぼちゃを台風に千切られる前に収穫して母に手渡した。

(何度も母から採ろうと言われ、その度にもう少し待ってと言い続けてた。)

畑にも行こうねと私から言っといて、

小雨がぱらつき出し作業を急がなくてはならず、結局母には留守番を頼んだ。

車で出発しようと家からでたら、

駐車場に積んだ拾い物の木材の端材が目につく。

台風で濡れたり飛んでったりしたら困るので、とりあえずキッチンの入口に積み上げたら、

母が邪魔とかなんとか文句を言い始めた。

後で片付けるからと強引に会話を終えて出発。

畑作業一通り完了

家の周り完了

帰宅。

母が不安な様子

私は軽くイライラ

お茶を入れ、茶碗にご飯と納豆を盛り、母と食べた後、スマホにはまる。

庭も片付けなくてはと思いつつ、日が沈み暗くなってから慌てて作業を開始する。

30分くらいのやっつけ仕事。

とにかく台風対策は完了。

疲れを感じつつ、家の中に入ると、

母が不安をこじらせ中で、

「おかあちゃんはどこへ行った」が始まる。

不安の原因はおそらく

○大量の不審物(もらってきた木材の端材が入口に乱雑に置いてあって扉が閉められない状態だった)が自分の生活圏にあったこと

○一人で置いていかれたこと

○私一人で働いていること

○台風の接近による気圧の変化？

○夜から夕方にかけての交感副交感神経スイッチ

など

他人による、自分のコントロールの及ばない物事の発生と、生理に作用する内外の変化

母の不安の原因が自分だと思うと、非常にイライラしてくる。

母眠いというがまだ8時

ふと今日は母に入浴してもらおうと思ってたことを思いだす。

風呂の準備をすると、

母比較的すんなりと入浴

木材の端材を片付ける

結構大変だった

母機嫌よく風呂から出てくる

ご飯は間に合わず。

夕方、納豆ご飯を食べたからいいかと、

歯磨き着替えをして母を寝かせる。

本当は、

今日の計画としては、朝早く畑へ行き、台風対策、ついで二本畝立て

帰宅してネカフェへ行き、農業学校の座学の授業をパソコンで見るつもりだったんだけど

夜ちゃんと寝ずに朝方ソファで寝て起きて、部屋も片付けたり、ご飯作ったり、

計画も少しでも遂行して、、と考えつつ、

ダラダラネットしてたところ、

これじゃ、いか〜ん！と思ってセルフ行動療法を始める、

からのこれまで。

母を寝かせたら10時になってたけど、一部でも授業を視聴しようとネカフェへ。

眠い

でも気分は軽い

ところがネカフェでちょっと立ち読み始めたらはまってそのまま3冊読破

ブースに行ってみたら授業なんか見たくない。

メールで送られてきていた他の動画をみていたら眠くなり何度も見返す

一通り見たら目が冴えてなぜかアクアマンを見始める

結論

夜はノルマ達成できてなくてもとにかく寝るべし

できれば定時で

帰ると母ウロウロしてる。

昨日の台風対策を元に戻し(いつもなら気になりつつ何日も放っておくところ、

「できるだけ早く目に見える結果をだす」をテーマに、

ものすごい面倒だったがさっさと片付けた。

母、身支度。

抵抗モード。

私イライラして言葉が荒くなる。

食事して準備して母出かける。

身体も心も重い

やらなければならないことが多すぎて何一つ手がつかない。

部屋もぐちゃぐちゃ。

部屋だけ片付けていたら何も進まず、一日が終わる。

とりあえず穴の空いた長靴を補修した。

これ履いていると毎回靴下が泥だらけになり、

洗濯前に手洗いしなくてはならず。

コーキング剤だけでどれだけ持つのか不明だけど。

少し気持ちが上がり、

定植一年目のぶどうの農薬散布へ。

気になりつつ、農薬に抵抗があってずっとそのままにしていた。

オンリーワンを2000倍で散布してきた。

鶏のエサを買いにホームセンターへ。

先日、成鶏用のを買ってあげたら食いが悪く、また中雛用に戻すことに。

帰宅、母もデイから帰っていた。

ナス、エンドウ豆、鳥肉炒めとご飯の夕ご飯。

食べた後スマホを見ながらゴロゴロしていたらそのまま寝てしまった。

1時に起きて母を寝かせて

(母の小さな抵抗にイラつく。)

二時半頃に寝る。

4時15分ごろ目覚ましで起きる。

暗い中目覚ましのそばに座ったまま寝る。

スヌーズの度に目覚ましを止めながら、5時15分まで。

慌てて準備して畑パートへ。

台風で傷ついたナスや折れた枝を取る。

木は無事だったけど、実は結構傷になってた。

状況がストレスフルでも、考え方は自分で選べる。

7時45分頃に帰宅。

母、機嫌よく、トイレもキチンとしていた。

顔つきもしっかりしていた。

トイレに対応できることで、自信を持っていられる。

逆にトイレがうまくいかないと、母自身も精神的にストレスなんだな、、。

母の身支度を手伝う。

(小さな抵抗にイラつく。よくない。自分は今をどう過ごしたいのか。)

ご飯を炊いてなかったので、母とコンビニへ行き、おにぎりで朝ごはん。

デイの方にはコンビニへ迎えにきて頂いた。

畑のパートの9-11時の仕事がキャンセルとなり、ちょうどいいやと

やるべきことを書き出し、

あーでも昼は母が帰るからご飯の用意しなくては、まずは洗濯しようかな、でも畑もさっさと草取りしたいな、農業座学のビデオ授業も見なきゃな、

家事始めるとすぐに3時間コースになって、畑作業は細切り時間でしかできないな、

はぁぁぁ、と思いつつスマホをダラダラと1時間弱やっていると、

突然ガックリとやる気抜きスイッチがオンとなる。

やる気抜きスイッチオンからすぐに立ち上がれたことがない。

30分前までは身体も軽くてさて働くかモードだったのに、

なぜかブレーキ。

ホットモットで親子丼をニ個買ってきて帰ってきた母と食べる。

その後もスマホ。

母に対して怒る。

掃除片付け炊事を一切やらず、寝転がってひたすらスマホ。

夜もホットモットで生姜焼き弁当二つ。

初の3食外食。

１日食事代だけで2000円超える。

2000円あれば肉も魚もたくさん買えるのにと思う。

ダメチャレンジモードに入ってる。

頭の片隅でこういう時こそレコーディングブログと思いつつ、

ただだらだらとスマホを見て、寝転がっている。

母の世話も最低限。

イライラと怒ってしまう。

で、一日中スマホみては寝てたような。

夜、無理やりカレールーカレーを作って食べる。

まずい。

母はかわいそうにウロウロ深夜までしている。

私は勝手にソファで寝てしまう。

明け方に歯磨きして母の寝支度。

もっと早く帰る予定が、帰宅が9時近くに。

母が真っ暗な中で机に座って青い顔をしていた。

まずいな、、でもカレーは全部食べてたなと思いつつ、

チヂミと味噌汁を作って母と食べる。

母は風呂に入って出たっけ、、？

私は爆睡して母もその辺で寝てたっけ、、？

明け方母を寝かせて、

1時間くらい私も寝たっけ、、？

漫画喫茶へ。

オープン席で漫画読みつつコーヒーを飲む。

エロスの種 もんでんあきこ だっけ？

もんでんあきこさんの本は基本的に根アカで疲れない。

この本は昼からなかなか濃かったが、無法のエロスを目指してる感で始まりつつ、やっぱりホワイトに振れていく。

私は心が通じ合うというシーンを見たいんだなと自省する。

草取り開始

本日のノルマ達成

帰宅。

今日は十三夜。畑の緑肥のソルゴーをススキがわりに取ってきて花瓶に挿す。

掃除片付け洗濯料理と思いつつスマホ。

母帰る。

デイの方に先月のすろ請求書を渡され、来月の介護計画書にサインをするように言われる。

母ウロウロ。

バナナを勧めたら同時に二本持って一本は食べかけのまま握っている。

両手を使って一つのことを遂行するのではなく、右手に皮をむいて途中まで食べたバナナを持ち、それについては忘れ、左手にまだ皮をむいてないバナナを持ち、ウロウロしていた。

あれこれと手を出し途中で意識が分裂する感じ。

まずは皮をむいたバナナを食べるよう促して、左手のバナナは取り上げる。

まるで自分を彷彿とさせる母の行動。

脳のテンションが下がるとこういう行動になるんだなー。

35 On ten thirty am is when the president of freedom inderstry which is the company that leaked this chemical Gary Southern said that his employees have forced to notice this leak.

36 It wasn't until eleven am when the DEP went down there and started knocking on door and asking what is going on and then twelve thirty Freedom Industry finally call the emargency hot line saying that there was a spill.

37 But it was'nt until 5 pm residents for finally notified about this spill and the do-not-drink-water ban actually put on.

38 So 9 hours people were drinking water using to wash their hands dishes and clothes everything under the sun and they had no idea that this water was potentially toxic.

39 Now in terms of how the company responded they have promised period some of the promise  at Friday briefing to be transparent.

40 However that statement at consequence press conference was anything but transparent.

41 They actually tried to walk away two times from the press conference and they came back answerd a couple of other questions.

42 But they have not  put out ever since.

Most of them are not mad at Freedom Industries.Most of them are not mad at the coal industries.Most of them are not asking for more regulations.They are mad at the governer because there isn't a emergency water source available to them.

60 It supplies to direct jobs for 20 thousands people and indirect jobs for another 70 thousands people is a 6-billion-doller industry in that state.

Major Chemical leak causing panic in WV

1 State and federal authorities are working around the clock in Charleston West Virginia, after a spilled leak chemicals into the Elk river just one mile upstream from a local water treatment facility.

2 So the spill comes from a 48 thousands gallon Chemical storage tank from Freedom Industries.

3 Right now WV governor Earl Ray Tomblin has declared a state of emergency for 9 counties surrounding in Charleston WV.

4 Schools and businesses have been closed and a three hundreds thousands or so, residents that have been affected by the spill (private still), are told not to drink the water not even to wash their hands with it, only use it to flash the toilet and in case of fire emergency.

5 Meanwhile president Barack Obama has declared a federal emergency in WV.

6 F.E.M.A(Federal Emergency Management Agency)(See my end of the )and the department and Homeland Security are both getting involved in the relief efforts (least up) to right now, as investigaters try to figure out how contaminated the water is, how serious the problem is, and how they can go ahead and (heading to) fix it.

7 Now the president of Freedom Industries the company that actually leaked those chemirals put out of the statements just a litte bit ago today,and I want to (one we will) report it.

8 It says(said) quote “we have been working with local and federal and safety and environmental entities,including the DEP,Coast Guard,Army Corp of Engineers and Homeland Security,and they're following all (are following all) necessary steps to fix the issue.

13 So far no one has been reported as experiencing  negative side of effects as the result of this.
