Contaminating Chemiral spilled into water in WV.

1 Just minutes ago President Obama proved that a disaster declaration for  West Virginia 9 counties are dealing with the chemical spill that contaminated water supply.  

2 Up to 3 hundreds thousands people are been told not to touch the tap water.

5 Charry,we know the chemical begin leaking from a hole of the storage tank the facilities bihind me.

6 At the department of environmental protection is still trying to figure out how's  that and brought there and exactly how much of the material which leaked out.

7 Some of the sources  said as much as five thousands gallons has leaked into water.

24 Crues were spotted working at the affected area through out night but there is no telling how long residents will have to steer clear of the water 

25 you can't wash the dishes, you can't take a shower, so that's more frustrating than it is nervous or upset.
